How I Can Help

I believe mathematics and science can make a big difference to the quality of our lives. After studying Biochemistry at the University of Leeds I spent over 30 years working in research in the pharmaceutical industry, applying Mathematics and Biology to enable the discovery of new medicines.

Making scientific breakthroughs and then staying ahead of the competition is tough. We need to do everything we can to give the next generation of scientists the best opportunity. My passion now is the coaching and training of students. In my tutoring my aim is not just to prepare students for the next exam, but to equip them to identify what they need for success in their career.
